Anyone who is already on the register will receive a poll card and these will be issued in the week beginning 22 April.
Residents who are not registered and wish to vote can do so online at www.gov.uk/register-to-vote or contact Cotswold District Council (CDC) for a paper form.
The deadline for registration for the European Election is Tuesday 7 May.
Anyone wishes to vote by post and who has not already applied, will need to complete an application form and return it to CDC by Wednesday 8 May.
Application forms can be downloaded from www.yourvotematters.co.uk or residents can contact CDC for a form to be sent to them.
