The Salvation Army in Cirencester is first and foremost a church serving the local community, offering a spiritual home and help to all. All our activities take place at our hall in Thomas Street and are open to all.
Sunday worship services are at 10.00am and 6.00pm and we enjoy a cup of tea or coffee after each service! There is also a Sunday Club for children between the ages of 4 and 11 from 11.30am to 12.30pm; this is during term time only. All children are welcome. During the week we hold Parents and Toddlers groups on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 9.00am and 11.30am. (Term time only).
We also have a Brownie pack which meets on Tuesdays; please contact us for more details.
Prayer and Bible Study are the pillars of our beliefs and relationship with God, and so we hold prayer meetings on the first and third Wednesdays of each month, and Bible Fellowship meetings on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month. All meetings start at 7pm, are held in our hall and are open to everyone.
The Salvation Army also has a shop in Dyer Street which sells a range of quality used goods, including household items, books, music, clothing and toys. Please feel free to browse, donate goods or indeed volunteer to help.
We invite you to join us for any of our activities! Please do contact us if we can be of any assistance to you.
