Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service is visiting your area for a home safety community event.
Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service (GFRS) will be visiting Cirencester on 7th May to talk to residents about how they can stay safe, warm and well this winter. Staff who carry out the safe and well visits fit smoke alarms for free and give advice on personal safety and wellbeing.
The visits are in partnership with Public Health England, supporting fire and rescue service to address winter issues like flu, falls, social isolation, and cold homes as well as fire safety.
There will also be other organisations attending such as the Red Cross, Telecare, and the Police.
