Out and About with our Grounds Team!

Our grounds team are responsible for maintaining significant areas of open space and public realm throughout Cirencester, as well as providing emergency support, such as gritting pavements in icy conditions. They are out and about in all weathers, providing a wide range of services to the community. Today our team have been at St Michael’s Park cutting back vegetation and shrubs, not only is this an environmental improvement, it has improved visibility for CCTV surveillance and is one step of many we are seeking to take in order to promote public safety and reduce the risk of anti-social behaviour.
