Hello Bench!

Cirencester Town Council will be installing 25 plaques as part of the national Hello Bench initiative https://hellobench.org.uk/.

The scheme aims to encourage positive social interaction in public spaces by identifying benches as welcoming places for conversation.

The plaques will act as a gentle prompt that someone sitting there may be open to a friendly chat, helping to reduce loneliness and promote informal community connection.
