Following the success of the MacMillan Cancer Care coffee morning hosted by Lady Bathurst last month at Cirencester Park’s Beano kiosk, she has kindly offered to host a Churn Coffee Cascade event in the Park on Friday, 12th October from 10.30-12.00. Everyone, including their dogs, is welcome and for every cup of coffee sold, £1 will be donated to The Churn Project.
Churn Coffee Cascade events are being organised in the workplace and in the homes of Churn Project supporters to raise funds to support the charity’s Good Neighbours scheme, where volunteers from the charity visit older people in the community on a regular basis, preventing loneliness and isolation. The money raised will enable the charity to continue and develop this essential service.
To take part in this truly community-based initiative, visit the charity’s Facebook page at The Churn Project, email email@example.com, or call 01285 380038 for further information
