Your Voice Matter - Help Shape the Future of Cirencester

At Cirencester Town Council, we believe that the best decisions are made when they are informed by the people who live, work and spend time in our town.

Your Voice Matters is our commitment to listening to residents, businesses, young people and community groups. Through a series of surveys and consultations, we want to understand what is important to you, what we're doing well, and where you think we should focus our efforts in the future.

Every response helps us build a clearer picture of our community's priorities and aspirations, ensuring that local services, facilities and projects reflect the needs of the people they serve.

    Town Council Survey 2026

    We want to hear about your experience of living, working and spending time in Cirencester. Your feedback will help us understand what matters most to residents, identify priorities for the future, and ensure that our work reflects the needs and aspirations of the community. The survey closes on Friday 6 November 2026.

  • Budget Survey 2026

    Each year, the Town Council must make decisions about how to allocate its budget and invest in local services, facilities and community projects. This survey gives you the opportunity to tell us what is most important to you and where you believe resources should be focused.

  • Youth Town Survey

    Young people are an important part of Cirencester's future. This survey has been designed to understand the views, experiences and aspirations of younger residents, helping us create opportunities, spaces and services that support the next generation.

    Coming January 2027

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Your views help us understand what matters most to the community and inform future decisions. 

  • Approximately 10-15 minutes. but these may vary, and be stated on the survey.

  • Anyone who lives, works or spends time in Cirencester. 

  • Responses will be analysed and used to inform future planning and priorities. 

  • A summary of the findings will be published in December 2026. 

  • Yes. We want everyone to have the opportunity to share their views, regardless of whether they have access to a computer, smartphone or email address.

    Paper copies of the Town Council Survey 2026 are available from the Local Information Centre (LIC). Completed surveys can be returned to the collection point at the LIC for submission.
