Council Update - Governance and Finance Audits 2020-21

At a recent meeting of the Town Council, the independent external and internal reports for 2021-22 were received and noted. These audits include the governance and financial arrangements of the Council, providing the public with assurance over how the Council is run. These audits are robust and provide the public with the opportunity to view the Council’s accounts. Neither the internal or external audit raised any issues of concern.
