Climate Road Map

The Town Council is launching a road map to reduce its carbon emissions, offsetting over the next few years but with the aim of carbon neutrality by 2030. In 2024, we will offset our green-house gas emissions for 2021-22, ensure that all our sites continue to use renewable energy tariffs, introduce an annual energy audit, data collect for our 2023-24 carbon assessment, assess how we source supplies and explore the transition to electric vehicles and installation of electric charging points.
