New life-saving equipment to be installed by Cirencester Town Council

New life saving equipment is being installed in Cirencester Town Council’s green spaces, and the current Market Place provision will be improved as part of the Town Council’s dedication to enhancing emergency preparedness and ensuring the well-being of its residents and visitors.

Combined defibrillator and emergency bleed control kits will be installed at Kingshill Sports Complex and St Michael’s Park, and an emergency bleed kit and cabinet will be added next to the defibrillator unit on the Market Place.

The combined kits have been partially funded by Cotswold District Council’s Defibrillator Grant and the Market Place emergency bleed kit and cabinet has been donated by Cirencester’s Inner Wheel, supporting their District Chair’s chosen charity for 2023-24, Knife Savers.
