Annual Performance Report 2026

We are delighted to share with you, our Annual Performance Report which outlines what we have promised to deliver and our progress. Cirencester Town Council is an important part of local government providing community resources and delivering projects that meet social, environmental, and economic needs of the town; in essence we are a multi-million-pound business and organisationally must be fit for purpose.

The report highlights a range of personnel statistics and financial management, as well as our public engagement.

Progress is mapped against two strategic action plans, climate and environment and green spaces.
