Running at Deer Park School from 1pm.
Swimming at Leisure Centre from 6pm.
A medal for all who complete both events For fastest runner & swimmer in each age group Trophy for Top Three in each age group.

Entry fee kept at £10 this year and includes day membership of pentathlon GB.
