This course will cover a range of practical self-defence options for participants to learn and practice, with the emphasis to gain confidence in understanding how to protect yourself.

No prior experience is required to access the course.

The course will be delivered by highly experienced judo instructor Steve Evans.

Steve will support participants in gaining further knowledge in relation to self-defence practices.

This is a funded course, so free to participants that:

• have lived in the UK or EU for at least 3 years

• are aged 19 and over
