In this workshop, Rhi will demonstrate the steps to hand build and decorate a tea light holder with festive foliage impressions. You will begin by rolling the clay and experimenting with mark making and texturising using holly, mistletoe and pine. Rhi will then support you to create and cut out your design, then shape it using a template and former. Pieces will remain unglazed to highlight the natural textures in the porcelain, which looks beautiful when candle lit. Your tea light holder will be stoneware fired following the class.
