Town Centre Improvements

The Town Council is proposing to set aside £60k towards town centre improvements in its 2021-22 budget and aiming to undertake urgent drainage and paving maintenance work over the next 6 months drawing down £40k of the £100k of CTC money which the County Council (GCC) is holding as a deposit bond for the scheme. The remaining £60k will be released by GCC when the final completion certificate is issued for the scheme.
