With music by Delibes. This is an outstanding performance by the Bolshoi Ballet from 2011. The dancing, music, sets and effects leave all others behind. Natalia Osipova as Swanilda is in a class of her own.

Bijou Opera is an opera film club that meets periodically to screen great opera performances (plus the occasional ballet and operetta). Membership is open to everyone. Subscriptions for 2019 are £12.00 for an individual and £18.00 for a couple (from 1 August, £6.00 single, £9.00 couple).
